Our indicators are delivered as a digital subscription service. Access is granted exclusively through the whitelisting of your verified TradingView username.
- Activation: Whitelisting occurs within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
- License: Your subscription provides a non-transferable, single-user license.
- Platform: Usage requires a functional TradingView account; we are not responsible for third-party platform downtime.
2. Payment & Subscription
The Service is offered on 1 year, 2 years and lifetime, payment as specified on our pricing page. By purchasing, you authorize automatic charges at the start of each cycle until cancellation.
- Billing: You authorize automatic charges at the start of each billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You may cancel future renewals at any time via the billing portal.
- Finality: Consistent with our Refund Policy, all charges are final once digital access has been granted.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The integrity of our technical tools is paramount. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing account access or TradingView whitelisting with third parties.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the indicator logic.
- Reselling signals or data generated by the Service.
Violation of these terms results in immediate permanent termination without refund.
4. Trading Risk & Liability

All code, visual logic, branding, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Just Signals FX. Unauthorized use of our trademark or proprietary scripts is strictly prohibited.

This agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
