The Service is an invite-only digital product. Access is granted by adding your verified TradingView username to our approved list.
- Delivery Method: Digital access via TradingView username activation.
- Delivery Time: Access is typically granted within 24 hours of payment.
- No Physical Goods: No physical goods are exchanged.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service is offered on 1 year, 2 years and lifetime options. By purchasing, you authorize automatic charges at the start of each cycle until cancellation.
4. User Responsibilities
Correct Information: It is the user's sole responsibility to provide the correct TradingView username. Any delay caused by incorrect usernames will not extend the subscription period.
High Risk Warning: Margin trading (Forex, Crypto, Stocks) involves a high level of risk. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, capital, and risk management.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Service, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
- Waiver: You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under UK/EU law by requesting immediate digital access.
- Crypto: Blockchain payments are strictly non-refundable.
